Every villa unfolds on two levels and includes three bedrooms, an open-plan living and kitchen area, and an exclusive outdoor space with a private swimming pool and shaded patio.

The architecture combines soft volumes, curved edges, and natural textures, harmonizing with the surrounding landscape. Vertical wooden louvers filter light and frame the sea views, while whitewashed surfaces and raw materials emphasize a sense of summer minimalism.
